How to complete an event in the past.

This option is available only on demand.

First Select My Activities in the left menu.

Then search the customer you want to create an activity on.

Make sure to select the proper Start time/End time when the event took place.

You can now click the White Checkmark in the blue rectangle.

That will mark this activity done on that time/day.
