PAWA Analytic
Navigate more easily to your account reviews, business reviews and territories.
We have introduced new navigation buttons directly integrated into the data grids and hyperlinks allowing you to access the account review whenever a store name appears in the grids.
Modernization of the “Sales” tab in the account review and addition of personalized views
We have made optimizations in the sales grid located in the account review. It is now possible to change the order of the columns, add, remove and save your preferred view.
PAWA Core
Customized view management system (Beta)
You can now create custom views in a few screens (Account Analysis, My Accounts and in the Adhoc report of the forecast module). Even if there are still improvements to come, we are deploying this functionality in “BETA” mode since it is non-intrusive and brings a lot of values. We welcome your comments. Please be assured that in future releases we will continue to improve this key feature and make it available on several other pages. Standardization grids
Some grids did not offer the ability to group, filter or hide columns. This is not true anymore, we have standardized all the grids in PAWA.
Improved interdependent filters
We have improved the performance of dependent filters. When you filter an item, the other filters adapt more quickly
Improved date picker
Our date picker has been improved to reduce the number of clicks when changing dates.
Quick account creation form
If you enable the option to allow your users to create accounts, you will find that they can now do so faster.
We have put in place a simplified form allowing you to enter a minimum of essential information in order to be ready quickly to start launching activities in the account (leads or customers).
Structural change in the document module
We have carried out work on the data structure of the Documents module. This preparatory work will make it easier for us in our future developments. We’re on the way to adding a feature that will allow you to “tag” your documents however you want for more flexible classification and searching.

You asked us, it was a great idea, voila! You can now use the formatting bar to add style to your notes AND you can copy / paste formatted text from elsewhere.

When you realize that you have to act, we want you to be able to note it quickly, you can now add a visit or modify it directly from the account analysis
Slightly more mobile
The contact, note and event creation forms have been redesigned to be more user-friendly on smaller screens
Find your notes and create them more easily
You can now create notes directly from the My Notes screen. You can also access your notes more easily by using the date picker which displays your most recent notes by default.
Complete a non field activity
During a recent release, we had improved the event form but we forgot to reintroduce the functionality to complete additional activities … Well.. voila, it is back!
PAWA Forecasting
Analyze your forecasts as you wish directly in PAWA (BETA)
We are launching 3 new forecast reports directly accessible in PAWA available in BETA version. In the coming weeks, these reports will be improved and other very interesting analyzes will be available. Soon, you’ll never have to go to Excel to find out where you are and build your custom reports.
Make optional comments on increments
In order to leave the choice to the users to enter comments or not when modifying the forecasts, it is now possible to leave the forced comments field EMPTY. When this is the case, users are not forced to enter comments except when creating batch increments.
Fixed – TagDisplayName column in public API sop/v1/reports/getforecastsalese
When multiple Tag names existed for a tag type (example Budget) for several years, the API did not return the correct name in the TagDisplayName column. This has been fixed.
