PAWA CSM (Customer Stock Management)
In addition to supporting regular orders, we are extremely proud to present today support for 2 new order types:

PAWA now manages flyers with multiple delivery. It’s easier than ever to take orders, show off products, and quickly share information with your business. Want to know more? Contact us for a demo.
Distribution
Wondering if the products are on store shelves? Your representatives can now easily take inventory for one or more key products in one or more banners that you want to know.
New tab “CSM Activities” in the account review
A new tab is available to view all current orders, flyers and distributions to easily enter new orders in addition to having the option of viewing the history. Save your representatives time by displaying only the needed informations for a banner, for example.

User management correction
It was no longer possible to change the title of PAWA users. It’s now back!
Improvement of import services
We have improved the import services when you send data to PAWA. It is now possible to transmit more information. Contact us for more information.

Improvement of the “Documents” page
It is now possible to filter documents by customer.
Correction in notes
It was possible to see a menu to delete a note linked to an activity. This menu is no longer visible since it is impossible to delete a note linked to a completed event.
Improvement in task management
When you change the order of tasks in a survey, we have better backup handling and a better confirmation message.
