Resolved – Network/Server Incident

January 6, 2020 at 2h25AM, the network configuration issue has been resolved. User services are not affected and the problem has not resulted in any data loss. More details to come on the causes of the incident.

Our monitoring services have identified an outage in access to the PAWA servers starting at 22:00 EST on January 5, 2020. The incident is currently under investigation to determine if it is a problem related to servers or network.
