Grouping improvement
When creating a custom field, the fields that have no values will now be displayed with the mention (blank). In addition, the management of null values in the display of accounts is now supported. This manages the groupings that do not contain all the fields.

Improvement of the Add Increment form
It is now possible in mode to add increments on all clients. This will save time when creating the increments.
